Adrien Chedville, born and raised in New Orleans, is the inspiration behind bringing the Cajun BBQ and Louisiana specialty cuisine to an outdoor friendly atmosphere.  Basically da way its done back home!  Any born Cajun knows the food always tastes better when it’s cooked out in the open amongst music, friends and fun!  At home everybody gets involved and when it’s time to start getting down wi’ da crawfish the smells that have been coming off the grill or out of the pot leave no palate dry.  So dig into our story and set your next function up as one that will never be forgotten!
